The aim of the course is to learn in detail all the techniques of fishing and the specifics of fishing for each species of fish. The lectures also cover spearfishing experiences and secrets gained throughout Jure’s hunting career and are presented in full with attractive video clips. This information makes spearfishing for beginnings easier, brings the first trophies and makes all the difference between hunting success and failure. Other information will be given on the use and selection of appropriate equipment, avoiding hazards, physical preparation, training and nutrition.

Theoretical part: 10 hours (2 x 5 hours)

The course will be led by Jure Daić, PSS International Instructor and Head of the PSS Lime Section, who is an experienced underwater hunter with many years of hunting experience and a rich collection of trophy catches.

The theoretical spearfishing course is held in Ljubljana and Maribor, and if there is sufficient interest, also in Nova Gorica, Novo mesto and Krk (minimum 4 students).

All students must be over 16 years of age and members of the H2O team. The theoretical spearfishing course can be taught in parallel with the freediving course.
