Do you want to achieve results above recreational level in inspiration diving? Learn advanced breathing techniques and pressure equalisation at great depths when conventional equalisation fails, and many other practical things that are particularly important in apnoea intensification.
About the course
Goals
The Advanced freediving course is for anyone who wants to achieve results above the recreational level and for those who want to work more intensively with apnea. The course focuses on training methods, pacing, dive planning, energy efficiency and nutrition. This provides a detailed theoretical introduction on how to achieve the course goal of improving your breathing performance up to competition level. During the lectures, students learn, among other things, advanced breathing techniques and how to equalize pressure at great depths when conventional equalization fails. Chapters on anatomy, physiology and physics specific to deep diving are covered in depth. Deepening the theoretical knowledge important for safely achieving better results in freediving. Independent training and achieving minimum results in statics (2min), dynamics (50m) and depth (-20m). Upon completion of the course, students are trained to plan and execute safe dives to greater depths.Duration
