Join us on unforgettable 7 days freediving training in the deep blue sea of northern part of Adriatic Sea. Enjoy every day deep diving trainings, freediving on wrecks, caves, beautiful walls and unlimited freedom in crystal clear water. Let yourself in experienced hands of instructors and discover your full potential, learn new skills and master your technique. Suitable for beginners and advanced divers.

7 days schedule
Trainings take place on island of Krk which has its own airport (Rijeka airport). You can fly to Krk from more German and European cities(http://rijeka-airport.hr/en/destinations). Transfer from Airport to Malinska is only 15km long and takes just 15 minutes. Krk is also connected to mainland by a bridge so it is easily reached with a car.
Saturday: Arrival; relaxing, swimming, no need to hurry and no stress; afternoon briefing, introduction of the organising staff and instructors; freediving on Malinska wreck 4 to 10m deep and fun diving; short evening lectures about freediving safety.
Sunday: Morning stretching and breathing exercise; morning deep freediving session with a boat; daily break; afternoon freediving on Fuska wreck 11 to 16m deep; short evening lectures about cave freediving.
Monday: morning stretching and breathing exercise; morning deep freediving session with a boat; daily break; afternoon freediving on Cres Blue Cave 10 to 19m deep (beginner and/or advance level); short evening lectures about deep freediving adaptation.
Tuesday: morning stretching and breathing exercise; morning deep freediving session with a boat; daily break; afternoon variable weight freediving and deep equalization training; short evening lectures about wreck freediving.
Wednesday: morning stretching and breathing exercise; morning deep freediving session with a boat; daily break; afternoon freediving on Peltastis wreck 15 to 33m deep (beginner and/or advance level); short evening lectures about deep equalization techniques.
Thursday: morning stretching and breathing exercise; morning deep freediving session with a boat; daily break; afternoon freediving on Prvic Tunnel 14 to 20m deep (beginner and/or advance level); short evening lectures about sled freediving.
Friday: morning stretching and breathing exercise; morning deep freediving session with a boat; daily break; afternoon VWT sled deep freediving; closing party.
Saturday: Morning stretching and breathing exercise; morning deep freediving session with a boat or just fun diving; departure.
Dive sites and schedule is subject to change and depending on weather conditions and group wishes.
Summer day temperatures: 27-31°C
Summer night temperatures: 17-21°C
Water temperatures: 23-26°C
Price
Price is 700 EUR/person. Advanced payment of 350 EUR for reservation is necessary.
