    Hi,

    This fish is from 1 week ago, more or less. I don’t know the name in english for these fish jejejeje

    Nice catch!!!

    In Slovenia we call this fish morena, I think English name is moray. Do you know how heavy it was? Sepia is also nice.

    Dude, that is so not a muray, that’s what we call “ugor” im a fisherman so i should know 😆 but im only 13 so anything can happen right? i know this is not a muray, because a muray has a wicked long head(skull) and she has a colorful body, but a grey head

    Hi Burek42 and welcome to our forums I hope you will be writing some more here.

    About Ugors and Morays they look different and this I would say is a Moray. Not every Moray is yellow but the main difference is at the head and mouth. You can see there is a little “nose” that’s characteristic for the Moray.

    But I’m not a fisherman so anything can happen.

    Burek, you are wrong! 😯

    Sure this is moray, but “sister” species of most common one. It is also clearified on Medfish, take a look there.

    Conger (ugor) looks quite different, seems to me you didnt catch many so far. 😈

    In Croatia this species is not so common and it lives in the south part of Adriatic. Tale about dangerous moray comes from this species which is much more agressive as common one.
