They learn how to: breathe properly, prepare psychologically for the dive, equalize pressure, extend the time, length and depth of the dive, and how to rescue survivors. Achieve minimum results in statics (1min 30sec), dynamics (40m) and depth (-10m).<\/p><\/div><\/p>\n<p><div id=\"tab-2133451414-932\" class=\"tab-pane\"><p><\/p>\n<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2282\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix elementor-active\" role=\"tabpanel\" data-tab=\"2\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2282\">\n<h3>Duration:<\/h3>\n<p>Theoretical part: 9 hours (in the form of video lectures or video and classical lectures)<br \/>\nBreathing and relaxation techniques: 2 hours<br \/>\nSwimming pool: 3 hours<br \/>\nSea: 6 hours<\/p>\n<h3>The theoretical part:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>9 hours of lectures<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; scuba diving equipment, correct use and appropriate choice,<br \/>\n&#8211; qualities that make good scuba divers and stress avoidance,<br \/>\n&#8211; physics specific to the aquatic environment and the behaviour of gases under pressure,<br \/>\n&#8211; theory of anatomy and physiology of the human body relevant to scuba diving,<br \/>\n&#8211; the need to inhale, correct breathing before and after a dive,<br \/>\n&#8211; the dangers of scuba diving and how to avoid them,<br \/>\n&#8211; how to scuba dive safely, safety, rescue and resuscitation,<br \/>\n&#8211; the 10 rules of safe scuba diving.<\/p>\n<h3>Practical part in the pool:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>3 hours <\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; stretching and warm-up,<br \/>\n&#8211; correct swimming with fins,<br \/>\n&#8211; troubleshooting pressure equalisation,<br \/>\n&#8211; simulated deep dive,<br \/>\n&#8211; correct dive,<br \/>\n&#8211; correct breathing before and after dive,<br \/>\n&#8211; correct swimming underwater with fins,<br \/>\n&#8211; static and dynamic apnea test<br \/>\n&#8211; maximal dives.<\/p>\n<h3>Practical part at sea:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>3 days, 8 hours <\/strong>(deep dives, breathing and relaxation exercises)<br \/>\n&#8211; theoretical and practical exercises on relaxation and correct breathing,<br \/>\n&#8211; review of equipment for constant weight dives,<br \/>\n&#8211; troubleshooting of pressure equalization at greater depths,<br \/>\n&#8211; correct weighting of each participant,<br \/>\n&#8211; correct rope dive and turn at depth,<br \/>\n&#8211; slow adaptation to higher pressures and depths,<br \/>\n&#8211; constant weight dive up to 20 metres,<br \/>\n&#8211; correct safety of dive partner,<br \/>\n&#8211; rescue of a casualty from the depth,<br \/>\n&#8211; orientation when diving into deep blue water.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p><\/div><\/p>\n<p><div id=\"tab-1707152118-932\" class=\"tab-pane\"><p><\/p>\n<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2282\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix elementor-active\" role=\"tabpanel\" data-tab=\"2\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2282\">\n<p>The course will be led by international PSS Instructor Trainer <a href=\"http:\/\/www.h2oteam.com\/instruktor\/\">Jure Dai\u0107.<\/a> The practical part of the course is taught by several <a href=\"http:\/\/www.h2oteam.com\/instruktorji\/\">instructors<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p><\/div><\/p>\n<p><div id=\"tab-4149417641-932\" class=\"tab-pane\"><p><\/p>\n<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2282\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix elementor-active\" role=\"tabpanel\" data-tab=\"2\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2282\">\n<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2284\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix elementor-active\" role=\"tabpanel\" data-tab=\"4\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2284\">\n<h3>Price includes:<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; lectures,<br \/>\n&#8211; access to the swimming pool,<br \/>\n&#8211; access to the digital lecture room (video and scripts),<br \/>\n&#8211; PSS freediver international licence,<br \/>\n&#8211; PSS diploma.<\/p>\n<p>All students must be members of the H2O Team. The sea part of the course is held on Krk, which allows the courses to be held even in bad weather.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p><\/div><\/p>\n<p><div id=\"tab-2140758751-932\" class=\"tab-pane\"><p><\/p>\n<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2282\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix elementor-active\" role=\"tabpanel\" data-tab=\"2\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2282\">\n<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2286\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix elementor-active\" role=\"tabpanel\" data-tab=\"6\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2286\">\n<p>All students must be over 15 years of age. The course is not recommended for heart patients, people with chronic sinus problems or ear infections.
