for primary school children"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Goals<\/h2>\n<p>Children will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>gain knowledge of safety and techniques for freediving and snorkeling in general<\/li>\n<li>learn about and correct use ABC equipment (mask, snorkel, fins)<\/li>\n<li>basic physics of the aquatic environment<\/li>\n<li>the basics of proper breathing and preparation before diving<\/li>\n<li>learn how to correctly balance the pressure in the ears and in the mask<\/li>\n<li>the dangers of breath-hold diving and how to avoid them<\/li>\n<li>learn the importance of co-passenger protection and learn how to provide proper protection<\/li>\n<li>learn about the pool discipline of inhalation diving<\/li>\n<li>improve their results in freediving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After the course, each parent is individually advised on how to ensure their child&#8217;s safety, how to set limits and how to proceed in the future, when the child is
