The instructor course will teach you all the virtues of imparting theoretical knowledge and performing practical exercises in the water. A good instructor needs to be knowledgeable in all areas of diving, as well as in legal matters, diving norms, marketing, teaching methodologies, lesson delivery and, of course, be able to pass on his or her own experience to the students.<\/p>\n<p>To obtain an instructor&#8217;s licence, the following minimum results must be achieved:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CWT -40m<\/li>\n<li>DYN 100m<\/li>\n<li>STA 4min 30s<\/li>\n<li>5x CWT -20m with 60 seconds rest<\/li>\n<li>rescue from -20m<\/li>\n<li>demonstration of all underwater swimming techniques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"whtspace\"><\/div>\n<h2>Duration<\/h2>\n<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2282\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix elementor-active\" role=\"tabpanel\" data-tab=\"2\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2282\">\n<h5>8 DAYS<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>theoretical lectures<\/li>\n<li>First aid exam<\/li>\n<li>O2 assistance exam<\/li>\n<li>practical exercises in the pool<\/li>\n<li>visit to the Y40 swimming pool<\/li>\n<li>deep dives in Krk (weekend in May or June)<\/li>\n<li>assisting on the PSS freediver and PSS advance freediver theory and pool courses (April or May)<\/li>\n<li>assisting on the PSS freediver depth course (May or June)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>More detailed information is provided below.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div
